Your likely bottleneck is
This is a hypothesis, not a diagnosis. Twelve questions cannot conclusively read a commercial system. It tells you where to look first.
Six areas, measured against each other. The shortest bar is the constraint — the narrowest point in the engine.

A hypothesis is a signal. A diagnostic is an answer
Thirty minutes with an operator who has seen this pattern across six industries and twenty years. No deck, no pitch.
Six commercial areas, one bottleneck
Every question maps to one of six areas. Your lowest-scoring area is the likely bottleneck — not because the others don't matter, but because a system moves at the speed of its narrowest point.
Demand
Where new opportunities actually come from, and how concentrated that source is. A pipeline fed by one channel is a pipeline one disruption away from empty.
Pipeline Quality
Whether deals move because of verifiable buyer behaviour, or because someone feels confident about them. Confidence is not evidence.
Conversion
How reliably qualified opportunities turn into closed revenue, and whether that rate is tracked by stage or only guessed at.
Dependency
How much of the commercial engine still runs through one person — usually the founder — rather than a team that can operate independently.
Operating Rhythm
Whether reviews inspect the work or just the number. A cadence that only checks the outcome cannot change the outcome.
Expansion
Whether existing customers grow, or whether all growth depends on new logos. A satisfied customer has no reason to start a new conversation on their own.
Find out what is actually slowing your revenue
A 30-minute working conversation. No deck, no pitch. You leave with a clear view of the bottleneck closest to new revenue — whether or not we work together.
